Hemp dessert recipe - Chocolate fondant with peanut butter

As most of you may have already heard, today we celebrate Fat Thursday. The madness! Doughnuts, favors, baked goods, sweets and anything else you feel like. How about going completely overboard and instead of doughnuts make something heavenly and hemp-like?

Peanut butter chocolate fondant

Ingredients 3-4 servings (depends on the size of the molds)

200g dark chocolate,

50g sugar,

100g cannabutter

6-8 tablespoons of peanut butter (smooth, without nut pieces)

2 eggs, plus 2 yolks,

40g flour

To serve :


fresh mint and fruit.

In a water bath, or in a granola over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate. It is best to break the chocolate into small pieces, then it will melt quickly and evenly. In a separate bowl, scramble the eggs, additional egg yolks and sugar. When the sugar and eggs are well combined, add the chocolate mixture and flour. It is important that the flour is sifted. This will make the fondant fluffier and rise better. Mix the whole mixture thoroughly, but slowly and gently. Once the mixture is thick and homogeneous, grease the molds with butter (you can use regular, or green) and preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Fill each mold with the mixture to about 2/3 of its volume. Then add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter each and top with the rest of the chocolate mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Fondants are insanely sweet, so it's good to have fresh mint and fruit on hand. A super thing for Fat Thursday.
