Hemp kitchen: yogurt cake


  • 150g cookies, marquis,
  • spoonful of almond powder,
  • zest from half an orange,
  • 2-3 tbsp cannabutter,
  • 500g natural yogurt,
  • 250ml cannabutter cream 36%,
  • 3-4 tbsp gelatin,
  • 6 nectarines,
  • 3 fresh apricots,
  • 4-5 tablespoons of sugar,
  • half a teaspoon of vanilla paste,
  • juice of half a lemon

Finely crush the cookies, preferably in a blender. We add almonds and grated orange peel to them. Melt the butter and add it to the crumbled cookies. Mix thoroughly. Line the mold in which the cake will be made with cookies. It is necessary to whisk well, so that the bottom is compact, and we put for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 150 degrees. The bottom is ready, you just need to set it aside to cool.

In a blender mix cream, sugar and two nectarines. Then we pour everything into a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients (lemon juice, vanilla paste and yogurt). Mix the whole thing very thoroughly. Mix the gelatin with a small amount of cold water and set aside to swell.

Meanwhile, slice the rest of the fruits and arrange them on the bottom. You can caramelize them, for example, in mead. Dissolve the swollen gelatin, heating over low heat. Carefully combine with the yogurt mixture and pour it into the mold. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for min. 2 hours.
