During the show, Piotrek admits that he himself uses weed, however, he does not support legalization since he met the people who, as Free Hemp, are supposedly pushing for it. But the worst part of it all is that he is slurring not only Free Hemp, but all hemp activists working to change the law. Note that the author is not talking about just the JC, but all those working for legalization. Thus, the incompetence of the JC is attributed to the entire hemp community.
