Hemp Kitchen: Tartalettes with chocolate and fruit

Ingredients for the dough (8-10 tartlets with a diameter of about 12cm):

  • 300g wheat flour,
  • 150g cold butter, you can use cannabutter,
  • 80g powdered sugar,
  • 2 egg yolks,
  • a little cold water

Making homemade dough is not necessary, You can go easy and buy ready-made, or ask your mother or grandmother. I am sure they will be happy to help you. However, if you are going to make it yourself, remember to chill the butter well, as well as the rest of the ingredients.

Ingredients for chocolate cream:

  • 300 ml of cream cheese,
  • pulp from a vanilla stick,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 350g dark chocolate,
  • 70g cannabutter

To administer:

  • fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries....
  • mint,
  • powdered sugar

Mix flour with a pinch of salt and add butter. Using your fingertips, rub the butter (cold) into the flour. Do this until the mixture takes the form of crumbs. Add the egg yolks and sugar and continue mixing until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, you need to add a little cold water.Put the pieces of dough on a floured countertop simply stick together in a ball, but do not knead. Thus made dough we set aside in the refrigerator for an hour.

After 60 minutes, we take out the dough and on a lightly floured countertop, we need to roll it out and line the mold(s). With a fork we make holes in the dough. We cover the molds lined with dough with baking paper and put a little rice or beans in each one, so that the dough is well pressed down. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and put the tarts in for about 15 minutes. Remove the paper and rice/beans and put the dough in the oven for a few more minutes. We take it out and it should be ready.

Now we get down to the cream. We pour the cream into a pot, add the sugar and vanilla and bring it to a boil over low heat. We take it off the heat and add the broken chocolate and butter. We stir until everything melts nicely. We cool our cream a bit and pour it into the tarts. The tarts now need to sit a little in the refrigerator, about 2-3 hours. Serve with fresh fruit.
